Where and when is The NAMA Show?
The NAMA Show 2026 will take place April 22-24, 2026, at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, CA.
What is NAMA?
The National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA) is the national trade association for the entire convenience services industry, including the food and refreshment vending, coffee service and foodservice management industries, including on-site, commissary, catering, micro markets, pantry and unattended retail. Membership is comprised of service companies, equipment manufacturers and suppliers of products and services to operating service companies.
How much is NAMA membership?

Do you have to be a member or meet any criteria to attend The NAMA Show?
You do not need to be a member of NAMA to attend, although pricing is considerably lower for members. Anyone involved in the coffee service, micro market, pantry, vending and unattended retail industries is welcome to attend The NAMA Show. If you are interested in attending but do not fit into one of these categories, please contact us at [email protected].
How much does it cost to attend The NAMA Show?

Will I still receive the lower member rate if my company's NAMA membership expires before the event?
To receive the member rate, your company's NAMA membership must be paid through April 30, 2026. Email [email protected] for assistance with registration or to renew your membership.
Is the registration fee the same for my spouse?
Yes, the pricing is the same for spouses as it is for the member / non-member attendee.
Are there special hotel rates for The NAMA Show?
NAMA is pleased to offer special hotel rates for attendees and exhibitors at several hotels nearby the convention center. Click here for details and to reserve your room.
Does my personal care assistant/aide have to pay for a registration badge?
No, if you have a disability and require a personal care assistant/aide, a complimentary badge is provided. Please email [email protected].
Can students attend The NAMA Show?
Yes, we welcome all hospitality students over the age of 18. Just show your current student I.D. at registration and you may attend free of charge.
Can children attend The NAMA Show?
No one under age 16 will be admitted to the Expo Hall. Only nursing infants (swaddled or carried) are allowed on the show floor. No car seats, buggies, wagons or strollers will be permitted.
Are educational sessions included in my registration fee?
All of the exciting education sessions, keynote speakers and many other educational programs are included, unless otherwise noted.
What is the attire?
The recommended attire is business or business casual.
How do I book a private meeting room space at The NAMA Show?
Rooms of various sizes are available at the convention center and on the show floor for private meetings, sales meetings, team meetings, and more. Details and pricing are available here.
What is the cancellation policy?
Only written cancellation requests submitted via email to [email protected] and received by Monday, March 16, 2026, will receive a refund, less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after March 16, 2026, and no refunds will be given for no-shows. If registering at the member rate and your membership is lapsed at event date, you must renew your membership or pay the difference between the member and non-member registration fee to receive your badge.
Attendee substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of the event, provided that the substitute is from the same organization.

What other organizations will be at The NAMA Show?
The exhibitor list is composed of vending machine manufacturers, manufacturers of vendible, coffee-related and foodservice products, micro markets, suppliers of goods and services that aid vending, coffee service, foodservice and micro market operators. The full exhibitor list is available here.
Do you need to be a member of NAMA to exhibit?
Yes, exhibiting at The NAMA Show is a benefit of membership.
In order to receive the member exhibitor booth rate, your company must be a NAMA member in good standing by March 1, 2026. If your NAMA membership is set to lapse prior to May 31, 2026, your membership dues must be paid within 60 days of contract signing or by March 1, 2026, whichever date is earlier.
If you are a first-time exhibitor or have not been a member, you may be eligible for the non-member exhibitor booth rate for this year only. If eligible, the non-member exhibitor booth rate allows you to exhibit without becoming a member, but at a higher rate per square foot for exhibit space. In future years, as a returning exhibitor, NAMA membership is required. If you would like to exhibit at the member rate, you may be eligible for a special one-time membership dues rate. What is included in my booth exhibit package?

What is NOT included in my booth exhibit package?
The cost of carpet (required), furniture rental, electrical, WiFi, telecom and other utilities, material handling and labor charges, audio visual, floral, photography, etc., are not included in the exhibit rate. These services can be ordered through the show kit which is available approximately 90 days prior to the show.
What benefits do you offer to new exhibitors?
In addition to everything that comes with your booth exhibit package, as a new exhibitor you will also receive: 1) new exhibitor ribbon to readily identify your company as “new” to The NAMA Show; 2) the opportunity to join NAMA at a special rate for your first year; and 3) special listing of company name and booth number in The NAMA Show app.
How do exhibitors register / acquire show badges?
You must register exhibitor staff in order to receive exhibitor badges. Exhibitor registration will be available through the MYS Exhibitor Portal approximately 90 days prior to the show.
What will the exhibitor manual include and when will it be available?
The exhibitor manual includes all order forms, booth furnishing and carpet options, booth cleaning information, labor rates, etc. It will be available approximately 90 days before the show.
How do I contact GES, the general service contractor for The NAMA Show?
Exhibitors may contact GES via phone or the online chat function located within the GES Service Manual. Phone numbers and hours are available in the GES Service Manual approximately 90 days before the show.
What are the shipping addresses?
Advance Shipment to Warehouse and Direct Shipment to Show Site information, rates and deadlines are available in the GES Service Manual. Material handling charges will apply.
What is the exhibitor show schedule?

Exhibitor Move-In
The NAMA Show 2026 will follow a targeted move-in schedule where exhibitors will be assigned specific dates and times for move-in.
Move-in will take place from Sunday, April 19 – Tuesday, April 21 according to the Target Plan.
Exhibitors may only move-in during their scheduled time. Please see the Target Plan in the GES Service Manual for your move-in day and time. Please provide the Targeted Plan move-in information to your carrier.

Exhibitor Move-Out
The NAMA Show 2026 will follow a targeted move-out schedule where exhibitors will be assigned specific dates and times for move-out.
Move-out will take place from Friday, April 24 – Saturday, April 25 according to the Target Plan.
Exhibitors may only move-out during their scheduled time. Please see the Target Plan in the GES Service Manual for your move-out day and time. Please provide the Targeted Plan move-out information to your carrier.
How do I update my exhibitor listing or add a description?
Exhibitor descriptions can be updated via the MYS Exhibitor Portal by clicking on the "Exhibitor Directory Listing" tile on the main landing page.
How can I promote my booth and drive attendee engagement?
