This year NAMA will be using the Map Your Show platform for our online floor plan and directory. One of the added benefits of this platform is the single sign-in location for all your exhibiting needs for 2023, thus eliminating the need to remember multiple passwords and websites and allowing you to do everything in one place. As an exhibitor, you will now be able to update your booth information, order show services, register your staff and manage all areas of your show experience in one location!
You should have received your login credentials with your welcome letter. If you have not received your welcome letter, please contact your Exhibits Manager Shannon White to have it resent.

Booth Package
What's Included
Each 10’ x 10’ booth consists of:
- 15 hours of exhibit time
- Three (3) badges for the first 100 square feet of exhibit space purchased
- One (1) badge for each additional 100 square feet purchased
- 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side rail drape and (1) booth ID Sign
- Company name and booth number in the printed floor plan directory
- Company listing on the online floor plan, searchable by product
- Company listing and booth number in the mobile app
- Complimentary dry storage for your vendible products, supplies and equipment (labor charges apply for booth deliveries)
What's Not Included
- Carpet or other floor covering (required for all exhibitors)
- Furniture rental
- Electrical, telecom, catering, lead retrieval and other utilities
- Material handling, installation and dismantling of booth
- Cleaning service for booth space
- Security of individual booth, etc.
- Audiovisual, floral, photography, and other services (as outlined in the Exhibitor Manual)

Food & Beverage Sampling
Refer to the 2023 Food & Beverage Sampling/Corkage Form for more information regarding alcoholic beverages, corkage & sampling.
Levy Restaurant has exclusive food and beverage distribution rights within the Georgia
World Congress Center Authority. Please return the completed form to Levy Restaurants by Friday, April 21, 2023.
Private Meeting Rooms

Sponsorship Shipping
If you are a sponsor shipping either product or brochures/collateral to the Advance Warehouse to be disseminated by show management, please review your Sponsorship Deliverables & Fulfillment Plan for specific label instructions. Arrange your shipments going to the Advance Warehouse to arrive:

- Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm, CLOSED on Holidays
Please do NOT ship to arrive any earlier than April 10, as the Advance Warehouse will not be expecting your shipment and may refuse to accept it, or your shipment will incur a storage fee. Freight received outside of these dates will result in additional charges from GES.
If you are shipping product that needs to be refrigerated or frozen, those must be sent direct to show site. Additional information will be posted as it becomes available.
Drayage/Material Handling charges apply to all shipments.
