The NAMA Show 2023 will take place May 10-12, 2023 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
NAMA stands for the National Automatic Merchandising Association. NAMA is the national trade association for the entire convenience services industry, including the food and refreshment vending, coffee service and foodservice management industries, including on-site, commissary, catering, micro markets, pantry and unattended retail. Our membership is comprised of service companies, equipment manufacturers and suppliers of products and services to operating service companies.

You do not need to be a member of NAMA to attend, although pricing is considerably lower for members. Anyone involved in the coffee service, micro market, pantry, vending and unattended industries are welcome to attend The NAMA Show.

To receive the member rate, your company's NAMA membership must be paid through May 12, 2023. If you register as a member but your company's membership expires before May 12, 2023, you will be contacted to renew your membership or you will be charged the balance for the non-member rate at badge pick-up. Email [email protected] for assistance with registration or to renew your membership.
Yes, the pricing will be the same for spouses as it is for the member / non-member attendee.
No, if you have a disability and require a personal care assistant, they will receive a complimentary badge. Please email [email protected].
Yes, we welcome all hospitality students over the age of 18. Just show your student I.D. at registration and you may attend free of charge.
No one under age 16 will be admitted to the Expo Hall. Only nursing infants (swaddled or carried) are allowed on the show floor. No car seats, buggies, wagons or strollers will be permitted.
All of our exciting keynote speakers and many other educational programs are included, unless otherwise noted.
The recommended attire is business or business casual.

Cancellations must be received in writing - submitted via email to [email protected]. Cancellations received before April 1, 2023 will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after April 1, 2023. If the registrant is unable to attend the in-person event, the registration may be transferred to another person to attend in-person. If you are experiencing, or within 14 days prior to the event have experienced signs and symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend the conference in-person. If registering at the member rate and your membership is lapsed at show date, you will need to renew your membership or pay the difference between the member and non-member registration fee to receive your badge.
As of right now, there will not be a virtual option if you are not able to travel to Atlanta.
Attendees of The NAMA Show must agree to abide by all health and safety guidelines and recommendations promulgated by federal, state, and local government agencies and officials, NAMA, and the event venue. NAMA requires each attendee to agree they will not attend The NAMA Show if they 1) have experienced symptoms associated with COVID-19 in the past 14 days; 2) may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19; 3) have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared by state or local public health authority as non-contagious. In addition, attendees agree to notify NAMA if they experience symptoms associated with COVID-19 within 14 days after participating in The NAMA Show.
Individuals should feel free to wear a mask at their own discretion and we encourage those with underlying medical conditions who may be at increased risk from severe illness due to COVID-19 to exercise enhanced safety measures and take adequate precautions.

The exhibitor list is composed of vending machine manufacturers, manufacturers of vendible, coffee-related and foodservice products, micro markets, suppliers of goods and services that aid vending, coffee service, foodservice and micro market operators.
Yes, exhibiting at The NAMA Show is a benefit of membership. However, this requirement is waived for new exhibitors as determined by NAMA. If a new exhibitor does not join NAMA, they will pay the non-member exhibitor fee. To exhibit in subsequent years, they will need to join NAMA.
All previous exhibitors at The NAMA Show must be a member in good standing to be eligible to exhibit. Please contact our membership department at [email protected], for more information.

The cost of carpet (required), furniture rental, electrical, WiFi, telecom and other utilities, material handling and labor charges, audio visual, floral, photographcy, etc., are not included in the above rate. These services can be ordered through the show kit which is available approximately 90 days prior to the show.
In addition to everything that comes with your booth exhibit package, as a new exhibitor you will also receive: 1) new exhibitor ribbon to readily identify your company as “new” to The NAMA Show; 2) the opportunity to join NAMA at a special rate for your first year; and 3) special listing of company name and booth number in The NAMA Show app.
