NAMA is currently accepting meeting room requests from groups planning to hold a meeting and/or event in conjunction with The NAMA Show 2022 in Chicago, IL. This is a great opportunity to hold sales meetings or do internal training. There are also spaces available convenient to the show floor to host receptions.

Reserve a Room in the Connection Hub

Are you looking for space right outside of the exhibit hall to meet with potential customers? Expand your capacity for dedicated face-to-face discussions by renting private meeting room space in the Connection Hub.

Two different standard room sizes are available on the show floor. Take advantage of this opportunity and make your presence at The NAMA Show work harder for you.

  • Run-of-Show access to a meeting room right outside the show floor during expo hours.
  • Each room comes with walls, a round table, and chairs — plus your logo on the door and key for your use during the show.
  • AV, electrical, and F&B are not included but may be purchased separately.

Room Sizes & Pricing (You must be an exhibitor to rent these rooms.)

  • 12’ x 12’ Private Room (holds 6-8 people)
    $2,000 per day for Wednesday or Thursday
    $1,000 for Friday only
  • 12’ x 24’ Private Room (holds 10-12 people)
    $2,500 per day for Wednesday or Thursday
    $1,500 for Friday only
  • Other Private Room Sizes

Host an Affiliate Group Meeting

Want to host a company sales meeting while your team is in Chicago? Make the most of your time while in close proximity to your clients in town. Create a showroom to host your customers.

Important Information:

  • All meeting requests are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Any cancellation received after March 15 will forfeit a $100 administrative fee.
  • A fee of $2,500 per day will be invoiced upon acceptance of your meeting request.
  • NAMA does ask that meetings do not conflict with dedicated EXPO Hall hours, education sessions, or the general session. Exceptions will be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Depending on your meeting room setup requirements, the facility may apply additional fees. This includes AV, Food & Beverage, Internet Connection, etc. (Note: AV, electrical, and F&B are not included but may be purchased separately.)

Schedule a User Group Meeting

Do you need to conduct a user group or training session for customers? What better way than to add on a session while they are in town for the industry’s largest gathering? Let NAMA set you up in a conveniently located meeting room to accommodate your User Group Meeting.
