ALISON DEMPSEY

Alison Dempsey leads Customer Marketing for PepsiCo’s Away From Home organization across various channels, including Recreation, Travel, Specialty Retail, and Workplace. In this role, she and her team use consumer insights to drive profitable growth, build PepsiCo’s brands and create new Food & Beverage occasions.

Prior to joining PepsiCo’s Away From Home organization, Alison led eCommerce marketing for PepsiCo’s portfolio of 50+ brands across various eCommerce retailers including Walmart, Amazon, Kroger and Target. She was named 40 Under 40 by the Path to Purchase Institute in 2022.

Prior to joining PepsiCo in 2016, Alison spent four years working for Amazon, leading digital acquisition and retention marketing across various channels including social media, display advertising, affiliate marketing, mobile app marketing, partnerships, and PR.

Before entering the world of eCommerce, Alison developed a passion for digital marketing in a role at Parenting Magazine, serving as their social media and partnerships editor, where she was named Social Media All-Star of the Year by Audience Development Magazine. Prior to moving to NYC, Alison began her post-collegiate marketing career working on the famous Got Milk? Milk Mustache marketing campaign in Washington, DC.

Alison graduated from Loyola University in Maryland, Summa Cum Laude with a major in Communications/Advertising and a minor in Marketing.

Alison lives in New Jersey with her husband John and their three children, Jack (11), Nora (9) and Maeve (4). She’s not quite sure what free time is anymore but, if she were to find it, she would probably spend it cooking, traveling, and designing things.
