Annalise Shaw is a Senior studying Hospitality Business with a minor in Leadership of Organizations at Michigan State. She is currently COO of the Hospitality Association, President of the Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management Club, and Front of House Director for Les Gourmets. Annalise worked for Bay Harbor Yacht Club in Petoskey as a server for her first internship and at the University Club of MSU as a supervisor for her second internship. She is excited to venture into the foodservice sector of the industry as a restaurant manager for Heirloom Hospitality in Detroit upon graduation. A fun fact about Annalise is if she only had to eat one food for the rest of her life it would be pasta.
