Jeremy’s role is to filter the sea of innovations to find those that are most applicable to the overall success of the business, which means understanding the key stakeholders that drive business success and making sure that each innovation pursued positively impacts at least one, but preferably all, of those stakeholder groups. Through his diversified experience in marketing, digital commerce/SEO, field implementation and customer experience, Jeremy has learned that successful deployment and adoption of new technologies requires thorough exploration and testing, robust and easily accessible training, active communication and collaboration with team members throughout an organization, effective partnerships with clients, and dialogue with customers who will benefit from the implementation of these new technologies and help cultivate future improvements.
