Karen is the Director of Commercial Strategy with responsibility for Channel Strategy, Demand Planning and Enterprise Reporting for Lavazza North America. She brings more than 20 years’ experience in the CPG industry with a strong focus in data analytics, strategy, and customer development. Prior to joining Lavazza, Karen held leadership roles at Danone North America and Colgate-Palmolive, focused in Category Management, Customer Management, and Trade Marketing.

Karen graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She lives in northern New Jersey and splits her time between Lavazza’s New York City and West Chester, PA Headquarter offices.
