After graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Hospitality Management Max went on to a 6 year career in Business Dining with Sodexo and Aramark respectively. Managing catering, retail dining and event staff was perfect for his energetic and outgoing personality. Discovering new brands was always a passion though and when he had the opportunity to take a chance with a new CPG/retail concept called Chloe’s he jumped at it. While selling and developing distributors for Chloe’s Max traveled the country and learned all about broadline distributors, frozen supply chain management and opening up new doors for an emerging brand. After a couple of years of helping build the Chloe’s brand Max decided it was time to find a career in which he could bring all of these elements together.

Coffee, office services and developing the perfect breakroom was the seamless opportunity. Along with the Cascione family, owners of CC Vending, they worked together to develop Metropolitan Coffee House into one of the fastest growing breakroom services providers in the NYC area. Working with the clients and people in the world of office management/facilities management is one of the most rewarding parts of his job. He loves to take care of people and watch his clients take care of their people.

Max lives in Woodbury, NY with his wife Tracey and daughters Dylan (6) and Tess (4).
