Stephanie Halley brings 20 years of CPG sales, category, and strategy experience across traditional channels and emerging business models. She began her career at General Mills and Kellogg’s, progressing in increasing roles of responsibility in sales and category. Stephanie has been at Mars Wrigley for over 8 years is the Director of Category Leadership- New Transactions which includes Digital (Amazon, On Demand Delivery), Club, and Unattended Retail leadership. Prior to her Director role, she launched an enterprise-wide selling strategy and insights platform, Accelerate Impulse Moments and Store of the Future– to launch Mars Wrigley as a thought leader in impulse in emerging and transformative channels and an ever-evolving omnichannel retail landscape. Stephanie is excited to define and accelerate best practices in Unattended Retail and continue to forge new partnerships with operators, manufacturers, data and tech providers to capitalize on the explosive growth in this channel. She resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband and three sons.
