Join this workshop to decrease food waste in your micro market operation by looking at your data and transforming it into actionable information with Excel and commonly available AI tools. This will be a data-driven experience focused on lessons immediately applicable to your operation. A laptop with Excel 2016 or later is required for this session. Dummy data will be sent to registrants, which can be used to follow along with the instructors. Or, attendees may use their data if formatted like the dummy data. Throughout the workshop, AI will advance the analysis to gain better insights faster.
