This session is about how to distinguish convenience services among other services competing for consumers’ wallet share (brick and mortar, delivery, etc.), and articulating its value to consumers/clients. Participants will learn how to conduct bolder conversations through their entire workforce, from merchandisers to route drivers to technicians, positioning convenience services valuable and dependable to clients. Externally communicating value of convenience services will also be covered, so participants can attract potential business partners of interest.
