This small operator breakfast is built to ensure your time at The NAMA Show is well invested. At 8:00 am, a 15-minute talk will begin, centered around envisioning goals and committing to them. This theme will continue throughout a half hour of networking round tables, focusing on the below discussion questions:
- How do you envision goals for your business?
- How do you communicate your goals in order to accomplish them through your staff (even if it’s a one-person operation)?
- How do you intend to use The NAMA Show to advance your business?
Finally, operators will be taken on a tour of Imagination Way, a one-of-a-kind living experience of fully functioning prototype environments that demonstrate how consumer interactions with self-service are shifting. Well established industry experts will be available to detail how lessons from Imagination Way can apply to a smaller operation.
