Hotel Cancellations
Cancellations received after March 14, 2025, will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee for each room canceled. Cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival date will be charged one night’s room rate and tax. Cancel fees will be charged at the time of cancellation for each room reservation canceled.
Please note that Orchid Events does not accept cancellations over the phone. You can submit your cancellation request by fax at 801.355.0250 or by e-mail at [email protected].

Acknowledgments
Orchid Events will send reservation acknowledgments within 24 hours via e-mail if booked online or by phone. If you do not receive your acknowledgment in this time frame, contact Orchid Events at [email protected] or call 800.915.0618. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.
Hotel Suites
If you are interested in booking a hotel suite, please e-mail [email protected]. There is a limited number available at a discounted rate for NAMA attendees.

Important Housing Message
Unauthorized housing companies have been approaching NAMA attendees and exhibitors with fraudulent offerings of hotel rooms at significant discounts. Lured by highly attractive rates, exhibitors and attendees fall prey to these imposters losing significant deposits, discovering hidden costs, up front charges or being bate and switched to hotel rooms they never booked.
These companies are in no way affiliated with NAMA, The NAMA Show or the official hotels in Las Vegas. They troll the internet and association websites looking for annual events and then gain access to email addresses for direct contact or draw attendees to their websites posing as your association’s sanctioned housing provider. Do not give them your credit card information.
Orchid Events is the ONLY official housing company for this event and will not contact you directly to make a reservation. Booking through NAMA’s official housing provider, Orchid Events, ensures you will be working with a reputable company, that your credit card information is secure, and that you will benefit from all services provided to conference attendees at the official hotels.
