As Vice President of Marketing for Aramark’s Collegiate Hospitality, Deb is responsible for leading a team of eight regional and 110 field marketing managers across the country in driving base business growth and enhancing the student experience to deliver on the hospitality promise through the activation of marketing programs and objectives. Team management and effectiveness of the field team are her key focus areas in driving results by executing and implementing all growth initiatives as well as retention and support of new business. Deb also leads the Engage IQ master planning process for the line of business and works in collaboration to support efforts in Health & Wellness, Sustainability and increasing food security. She has more than 30 years of experience in varying marketing roles with Aramark and holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Northwest Missouri State University.
