With a keen eye for category management and a passion for storytelling, Rachel Hoffman has spent the better part of a decade shaping the way consumers experience their favorite brands. Since joining Hershey in 2017, Rachel has been at the forefront of strategic category initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to drive growth and enhance customer engagement. Prior to that, Rachel honed expertise as an Account Manager in supply chain solutions, gaining a deep appreciation for the complexities of the retail landscape.

Raised on a small island outside of Seattle, she grew up with a firsthand understanding of what it means to serve customers, thanks to a family-owned IGA that instilled values of integrity, service, and a commitment to doing what’s best for the people who rely on great products. That foundation continues to shape her approach as a supplier today.

An alumnus of Auburn University (undergrad-finance) and Washington State University (MBA-marketing), Rachel thrives on the intersection of analytics and consumer behavior—diving into data to uncover the hidden patterns that drive success. When not immersed in the world of insights, Rachel enjoys the great outdoors and quality time with her three energetic four-legged companions: Rocco, Roanoke, and Radish.
