Step 1: Create & Manage Your Planner

Create your My Show Planner to unlock the full potential of The NAMA Show! With a My Show Planner account, you can:

  • Make a list of must-see exhibitors.
  • Explore scheduled events and education sessions. Save sessions and appointments to your calendar.
  • Plan your route with the interactive floor plan.

Credentials do not carry over from year to year. Click here for step-by-step instructions on setting up your account.

Step 2: Download The NAMA Show App

Access easy-to-use schedules and real-time updates including exhibitors, announcements, speakers and schedules. Use your My Show Planner account to sign into The NAMA Show app to sync your schedule. Download The NAMA Show app to:

  • See the customized schedule you created in My Show Planner.
  • View and save must-see exhibitors including Imagination Way sponsors, New Product Zone exhibitors, Office Coffee Service/Pantry exhibitors and more.
  • Scan New Product Zone products with the in-app scanner.
  • See your scanned products from the New Product Zone and access the full gallery.
  • View and save education sessions and events.
