CJ REACHER
C. J. Recher is Vice President of Marketing for Five Star Breaktime Solutions, a regional full-line operator specializing in breakroom markets. He is a purpose-driven, servant leader who brings 16 years of diverse B2B and B2C sales and marketing experience in convenience services, unattended retail, and sports marketing. Since joining Five Star in 2014, he has developed the marketing team and function for Five Star. His organization supports revenue-generating initiatives and brand management for the company. Recher serves as Past-Chair on state, regional, and national industry association boards. He also serves in board leadership for non-profits Feeding the Future and Chattanooga Area Food Bank. Recher has been named a Top 20 Under 40 in business for Chattanooga and a Top 40 Under 40 in the industry. Passionate about self-development, he holds an MBA and certificates from NAMA’s Executive Development, NACS Marketing Leadership, and NACS Advanced Category Management programs. He enjoys running, golfing, and rooting for the Tennessee Vols. He is a proud “girl-dad” residing in Chattanooga with his wife and two daughters.
