  • Build your knowledge of the customers in which you plan to serve. (Data insights, trends, preferences, barriers to entry, etc)
  • Optimize your offerings. Keeping in mind user experience and preferences, identify gaps and superfluous products/product lines to eliminate.
  • Complete the Experience. Provide all the necessary items to truly make the customer experience.
