  • 15 hours of exhibit time
  • Three (3) badges for the first 100 square feet of exhibit space purchased
  • One (1) badge for each additional 100 square feet purchased
  • 8 foot high back drape, 3 foot high side rail drape, and one (1) booth sign
  • Company name and booth number in the printed floor plan directory
  • Company listing on the online floor plan, searchable by product
  • Company listing and booth number in the mobile app
  • Complimentary dry storage for your vendible products, supplies and equipment (labor charges apply for booth deliveries)

NOTE: The cost of carpet (required), electrical, WiFi, photography, etc., are not included in the above rate. These services can be ordered through the show kit which is available approximately 90 days prior to the show.

Eligibility

In order to receive the member exhibitor rate, your company must be a current NAMA member in good standing before the start of The NAMA Show. If your NAMA membership is set to lapse prior to the start of The NAMA Show, your membership dues must be paid within 60 days of contract signing or by the start of The NAMA Show (May 10, 2023) whichever date comes earlier.

NOTE: NAMA membership is a requirement to exhibit. If you’re a new exhibitor or have not been a member and/or exhibited within the past 5 years, you have the option – for the first year only – of not becoming a member by paying a higher per SF price.
