REBECCA GRIER HORTON
Rebecca is one of three Senior Global Insights Strategists at MillerKnoll.
She’s a licensed professional environmental geoscientist who formerly led Fortune 50 corporate Environmental, Health, Safety, & Sustainability organizations at AT+T, UTC, and Bombardier Aerospace.
She is:
- an International WELL Building Institute Faculty Member and Concept Advisor
- a WELL AP
- an internationally certified psychological safety and executive leadership coach
- and serves on the Global Office Ergonomics Research Committee
Rebecca is honored to lead MillerKnoll’s global ENABLED BRG and recently accepted the 2024 “Disability Matters” award for MillerKnoll’s inclusive design practices.
She lives in Dallas Texas.
